Q: Are the Motorhomes fully
insured?A: Our Motorhomes are
covered by fully comprehensive motoring insurance, this applies to
Europe as well. However it does not cover your personal belongings,
so we recommend that you ensure you are covered by a personal
insurance policy for your peace of mind.
Q: Can we hire a
Motorhome at any time of the year?
A: Yes we hire out all year round. Our
Motorhomes are fully equipped with dual fuel gas/electric heating.
Q: Is there a minimum
hire period?
A: Our hire periods during the high season
are for 7 or 14 days, but in the medium and low season we also cater
for 3 and 4 night breaks.
Q: How old are your
Motorhomes?
A: All vehicles are less than 3 years old.
Q: Can we holiday abroad
with your Motorhomes?
A: Yes! We can arrange European Insurance and green card cover
for a minimal
additional cost. Please

Q: Are pets allowed in
the Motorhomes?
A: Some pets are allowed in our Motorhomes by prior arrangement,
please contact us through our
contact
page for more information. Q: Why
do you require a security deposit of £500?
A: The security deposit is fully returnable
upon return of the Motorhome in an undamaged condition. In the event
of an insurance claim for damage to the vehicle, or a claim from a
third party (Your Fault) the cost of settling will be deducted from
your security deposit. For a claim of accidental damage £500 is your
maximum liability.
Q: Is the Motorhome fitted with a television?
A: Yes, a Television and DVD player are fitted
as standard. Q: Do
the Motorhomes have seat belts fitted?
A: The Bessacarr E725 has 2 belted seats, the
Sundance 590RS 5 belted
seats and the Sundance 630L 6 belted seats. Q: Do
you allow smoking in your Motorhomes?
A: By law and
for the comfort of all our customers smoking is not permitted in any
of our motorhomes.
Q: How many drivers are
permitted? A: One driver is
allowed within the hire charges. More drivers can be added at an
additional cost. All drivers must be over 25 and under 70 years of
age. Q: Can I leave
my vehicle on your premises? A:
Yes your vehicle can be left with us free of charge for the duration
of your hire. This is entirely at owner's risk we cannot accept
responsibility for any loss or damage.
Q: Do the Motorhomes have to be
collected and returned at certain times and on specific days?
A: Yes - Our weekly hire runs from
Friday to Friday. Our collection times are 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
and return times are between 9.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
Our 4 night short breaks run from Monday to
Friday with collection on a Monday between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Returning on the Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
Our 3 night short breaks run from Friday
to Monday with collection on the Friday between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00
p.m. Returning on the Monday between 9.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
Q: Would you be able to pick
us up from an airport, ferry terminal or railway station?
A: Yes we can arrange for you to be picked up
from Humberside, Leeds Bradford, Doncaster and East Midlands
International airports or Hull, North Sea Ferry terminal. The nearest railway stations
are Hull or Beverley,
East Yorkshire.
Q: Do you provide kitchen
and dining utensils?
A: Yes, all kitchen and dining utensils are
included.
Q: Is bedding supplied with
the Motorhome?
A: Clean sheets, quilts and pillows can be
supplied at the start of your hire.
