This is an uncertain time for us all, and who knows what is next?

Right now overseas travel is off the cards but most campsites around the UK seem to be operating as normal….. but, this could change over the next few weeks.

For the time being I think the best we can do is play it by ear; take each day as it comes and listen to the Government daily updates and react to this accordingly.

Our cancellation policy is that if we can re-book your holiday dates then you will receive a refund of your deposit or payment less a £50.00 admin fee.

We are also happy to move your booking to a more suitable time later in the year.

As you are aware your balance payment is due 1 month before your hire is due to commence. For the next few weeks, I have decided to give you more time to make the decision to pay / not pay this and reduce the balance due date to 3 weeks before your hire period.

If you decide not to pay your balance, then the motorhome will be offered up for hire and should a new customer take your dates then we will refund your deposit less the £50.00 admin fee.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and presentation of motorhomes, during the current Coronavirus outbreak we are stepping it up event further and giving every motorhome a deep clean in between rentals and taking extra care to thoroughly clean every inch of the interior as well as keys, door handles, literature and any extras – just to be on the safe side.
