Our Motorhomes are covered by comprehensive motor insurance; this applies to Europe (extra charge) as well. However it does not cover your personal belongings, so we recommend that you ensure you are covered by a personal insurance policy for your peace of mind.

The security deposit/bond is taken on collection of the Motorhome and is refundable upon return if the vehicle:

• Is undamaged (internally and externally)
• Is returned on time
• Has empty toilet cassette
• Is generally clean internally

In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £750 or part of would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £750 this bond will go towards our insurance excess. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £750 is your maximum liability.

Yes, we hire out all year round. All vehicles are equipped with dual fuel (gas & electric) heating to keep you warm even in those cold months.

Yes - High season we only take bookings for a minimum of 7, 14 or 21+ nights and turnaround days are strictly Fridays and Mondays. Mid season and Low season breaks and turnaround days are more flexible.

Yes - Our collection and return times are confirmed at time of booking and shown on the booking confirmation. These times can vary and we do our utmost to try and get you away as early as possible on your day of departure, but do ask that you return on time so that we can do the same for the next hirer.

All of our hire fleet are less than 3 years old.

Yes! We can arrange European Insurance cover for an additional cost of £15.00 per day. (subject to number of drivers and endorsements).

Yes we are happy to allow pets in some of our Motorhomes by prior arrangement. This is charged at £25.

Yes flat screen digital TV/DVD/CD/RADIO Combi units are fitted as standard.

Most Motorhomes are fitted with seat belts for all passengers - please see individual model specification for details.

By law and for the comfort of all our customers smoking is not permitted in any of our motorhomes.

One driver is allowed within the hire charges. Additional driver can be added. All drivers must be over 25 and under 75 years of age.

Yes your vehicle can be left with us free of charge for the duration of your hire. This is entirely at owner's risk we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. We also offer a professional valeting service for an extra charge (Please contact India to arrange this).

Yes we can arrange for you to be picked up from Humberside, Leeds Bradford, Doncaster and East Midlands International airports or Hull, North Sea Ferry terminal. The nearest railway stations are Hull or Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Yes, Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are included. As is washing up liquid. Dish cloth, tea towel, kitchen roll, cleaning fluid & toilet roll.

Bedding can be supplied for overseas customers only. Due to time constraints and laundry costs we ask UK residents to supply their own bedding.
