Q: Are the Motorhomes fully insured?
A: Our Motorhomes are covered by comprehensive motor insurance; this applies to Europe (extra charge) as well. However it does not cover your personal belongings, so we recommend that you ensure you are covered by a personal insurance policy for your peace of mind.
Q: Why do you require a security deposit/bond of £750?
A: The security deposit/bond is refundable upon return of the Motorhome on time, undamaged, with a clean cooker/oven & interior & with the chemical toilet cassette cleaned & emptied. In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £750 or part of would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £750 towards our insurance excess. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £750 is your maximum liability.
